City of New Castle City Hall Roof Repair

The City of New Castle, PA, is requesting proposals for the City Hall Roof Repair Project. This
project consists of Various Repairs to the existing PVC Roofing on City Hall. This work will be
performed under one (1) general contract.

A PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11TH @ 9AM
AT CITY HALL. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORTY TO BID THE PROJECT.

Separate sealed proposals shall be addressed to Ciara Buck, Deputy City Clerk, City Building, 230 N.Jefferson Street, New Castle, PA 16101-2220, marked on the outside as follows:
