Construction – Bid Advertisement

Bid Advertisement – Neshannock Elementary School located at 3832 Mitchell Road, New Castle, PA 16105, is requesting bids for the construction of a new Stadium Entrance and ADA Restroom. Bidders will provide all labor, material, equipment, means, and methods to complete the work contained within the Scope of Work. This project will be a Multi-Prime Contract Bid and the chosen contractors for each trade must coordinate with each other to deliver the project within the time length specified in the bid documents. This project will be performed with PA Prevailing Wage Rates.

All responsible parties regularly engaged in the business of this nature, interested in making sale to Neshannock Township School District, may obtain a copy of the specification and project plans for a non-refundable fee of $150.00 at the office of R.A.R. engineering group, inc., 1135 Butler Avenue, New Castle PA 16101-4262, or electronically through our online plan room at www.rarengineering.com

A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE HELD THUSDAY APRIL 2ND AT 9AM AT THE STADIUM.

Separate sealed proposals shall be addressed to Justin DiMuccio, Business Manager, 3834 Mitchell Road, Neshannock Township, PA 16105, mark on the outside as follows:

STADIUM ENTRANCE AND ADA RESTROOMS

Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid surety bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the price of the bid, which sum shall be specifically set forth in the surety bond with a reference to the specific bidding document, as a guarantee that if the proposal be accepted a contract will entered into and its performance properly secured.

The seal proposals with be received in the office of Neshannock Township School District until:

1:00pm Thursday, April 9th, 2026

The Neshannock Township School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make such award as most advantageous to School District. Bids may be held by Neshannock Township School District for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders, prior to awarding the contract or rejecting all bids.
